Everyone at the dealership was pleasant. Matt was a Rockstar. He was very professional and went overboard to meet all my needs. Would recommend him for all buying needs. I specifically asked them to check financing through 2 local banks and they assured me they would. Unfortunately that is not what they did. Fortunately for me. I have the Experian app that alerts me to all companies that run your credit in real time. They were not true to their word. They tried to finance with a ridiculous high interest 2x’s. After I said I would go to my bank they miraculously came back with a reasonable rate. Stated they pulled in a favor from a loan officer at the bank. Mind you it was 9pm and I doubt banks do personal favors. Long story short. Get your own financing approval prior to going to the dealership. More
