I am a long time friend of Mark Riff. When I needed a vehicle I said to myself let me give Mark Riff there at Huston Motors a call. Mark advised me to take a look at what they had availab When I needed a vehicle I said to myself let me give Mark Riff there at Huston Motors a call. Mark advised me to take a look at what they had available on their website because they own several Dealerships. After looking maybe around 5 minutes, Bingo! His location had exactly what I was looking for. So now came the negotiating. We went back and forth what seemed like days but only lasted about a day. We agreed on a final price including getting the bed of the Sierra sprayed that was done off location (by the way one of the best bedliner sprays I've ever seen). We agreed that I would come to the Dealership a couple days later to do the paperwork and receive the vehicle. As soon as I pulled in its was sitting up front and at first I saw the truck but wasn't sure because it looked as if it were brand new. Mark soon walked out we greeted each other and went inside to his office. At this point I knew I had made a good decision just because the aoura of professionalism I could feel at this place. I sat down and Mark he explained everything about the truck being Certified and a few other thing including insurance which I took his good advice and called my insurance company immediately. So now it's time to get the check book out. I was greeted by your lovely finance manager Elizabeth. We sat down and first we signed all the papers tag transfers Etc. Then she went on to offer me an extended warranty. At first I was reluctant to spend another almost 3 grand on a warranty. Elizabeth quickly changed my mind just by the way she explained it and at that point I thought to myself "how could I not" My vehicle will be covered to 100,000 mile. We quickly finished all the paperwork I wrote the check and shortly drove off in my GMC Sierra. Both Mark and Elizabeth Couldn't have made this transaction any easier.
