I have always had a good experience with the friendly sales people and the financial team . I have been to your service department several times and they have always been helpful very courteous and was a sales people and the financial team . I have been to your service department several times and they have always been helpful very courteous and was able to get me in and out in a timely manner and when I buy parts or accessories for my other GM products the parts salesman will go through and explain the different options on what I’m looking for and I would recommend Huston Cadillac of Lake Wales to anyone More

Dealership or at least the salesman is not following through with what was agreed upon at purchase. The vehicle did not have an owners manual and it was put into writing one would be ordered and sent to through with what was agreed upon at purchase. The vehicle did not have an owners manual and it was put into writing one would be ordered and sent to me. It's been 3 weeks and the salesman does not respond. Also the vehicle did not have catalytic converters when it was sold/delivered. The dealer will not help with either replacing or ordering catalytic converters even though the signed paperwork states the emissions system was checked and found to be in tact. More
