Mark Riff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. As an active duty military service member, I had just redeployed from overseas and needed a car. Mark sent me videos, additional pictures, pricing, and ensured that everything was just as he said. It is this type of integrity and honesty that I expect when making a substantial investment and Mark exceeded all my expectations. Having only been in Tampa for two days, he even volunteered and returned my rental car for me so I could drive home in my new car. That type of customer service is unheard of these days and I am both grateful and humbled by him going that extra mile (actually 60 miles) to help me when I didn't know a sole in this town. Thank you Mark for making me feel and know that I made the right decision by coming to Huston. You didn't just earn my business, you have a lifetime loyal customer. Thank you so very much! More
