Marcus answered every question I had and if he didn't have the answer Talas did. They understood that I was shopping for the best deal, a car for myself, and the best trade-in number. I was in communication with four other dealers and these guys gave me the best trade number and reduced their vehicle more than others. It was an online deal and very fair for both of us. Never once was I pressured to commit and send a deposit and I also told them that I probably wasn't going to buy their vehicle.. yet they remained professional and courteous, so I chose these guys. Paul in finance was A1 to deal with as well. Crown is a top-notch operation. More
