We scheduled an appointment with Marcus Rogers to look at an advertised vehicle on their lot (Lincoln Nav Black Label). He answered all our questions and was very willing to assist with all our questions and concerns. As we were working on the purchasing details, Marcus was making sure all the complexities of an out of state buyer were thoroughly covered and went out of his way to accommodate all our special needs. Marcus is a 10 in our book and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at his dealership! From the start, Marcus Rogers had very good correspondence with me, keeping me updated if the car I was looking at had been sold before we made the drive to St. Pete. When we got back from the test drive, they had already done the appraisal of the car we were trading in and were more than fair with their offer. I believe other dealers would have tried to low ball us and would have offered thousands less. The buying process was amazing. There was no back and forth between Marus and the finance department which as everyone knows is the worst part about buying a car. Paul in the finance department was great too. Explained everything very well and was very open and honest. In the end I ended up with my dream car (and color)! I would definitely go back and see Marcu and buy a car again in the future. More

As you probably know, the demand for the INEOS Grenadier outstrips the supply. If that doesn't make it difficult enough to complete a transaction, Hurricane Debby had just rolled through the area. I have to say I am impressed with Crown INEOS and specifically Marcus Rogers. I will babble on about his many great qualities, but first, the most significant complement I can say about the man i specifically Marcus Rogers. I will babble on about his many great qualities, but first, the most significant complement I can say about the man is that I hope when my children, living around the country, go into dealerships to buy their new vehicles that they encounter a sales representative as honest and genuine as Marcus Rogers. Prior to June 26th I had no idea who Mr. Rogers was. My random call to Crown INEOS connected me with Marcus. We spoke, made an appointment for me to visit the showroom on July 2. Upon arrival at the appointed time, we were met and welcomed to Crown INEOS by Marcus. He took a few minutes to just talk with us, my adult son had accompanied me. Marcus took the time to chat and learn about my interest in the vehicle, what was important to me etc. Mr. Rogers spent the time going over the Grenadier that was in the showroom, explaining all of the details, explaining various differences between the Base, Trialmaster & Fieldmaster Editions and the available options. We went for a test drive, no sales pressure during the ride, actually there was never any sales pressure from Marcus, conversation on the test ride and back at the showroom was as if we were old friends talking about cars. I sent Marcus an e-mail late at night on July 3rd with some questions, expecting a response on Friday after the 4th of July Holiday. Not surprisingly, Mr. Rogers messaged me on July 4th, on his day off, while he was home with his family, to answer what he could from home and said he would get the other answers on Friday. He is just an all-around genuinely good person. Because I asked about one edition over the other and if building one edition over the other and adding certain options might be a better (read less expensive) way to go, Marcus Rogers spent a couple of hours Friday morning building 3 different versions of the vehicle. I messaged him a couple hours later and ordered a Fieldmaster. Marcus was the best, true professional, knows the vehicle inside and out. Marcus Rogers made the entire process seamless, so easy, I actually did the entire ordering process over text and e-mail. Thank you, Marcus Rogers. More
