Marek was kind and patient with my parents and I. He was thorough and thoughtful in his explanation and worked within my price parameters. I didn't love the dealer certification, but felt a little compelle thorough and thoughtful in his explanation and worked within my price parameters. I didn't love the dealer certification, but felt a little compelled to get it at a reduced price because it ensured financing at a lower APR. That part was the only part I didn't like about the overall experience, but in no way did I feel cheated or jipped because I went with that option. More

Walking into the Autobarn is like walking into someone's living room. You are greeted immediately, and everyone is EXTREMELY friendly, feels like home. I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealership, so the bad reviews really surprised me. I have purchased 4 cars from them and each time the experience has been painless- I have to say that I did have a problem with a Cabriolet that I purchased new from them, I brought the car in for service many times and finally brought it back to them and purchased a different car and surprise surprise... a few days later they called me back to re-do the paperwork because the payments I made for the car I traded in were now being credited back to me and put towards the new car!! The reason for that is because the dealership went to bat for me and contacted Volkswagen credit directly. I have never heard of a dealership doing that EVER! I did not ask them to investigate, they just did it for me on their own- it was a great surprise and I definitely appreciated it. As far as the service department, I have not had any issues, they do the work in a timely manner and are respectful of your needs whether it be time or money. More
