Excellent Customer Service and Follow Up I wanted to share my experience working with Marek Okreglak. I was quite nervous coming into the dealership, as I had never purchased a car and had no I wanted to share my experience working with Marek Okreglak. I was quite nervous coming into the dealership, as I had never purchased a car and had no idea what I was looking for. He greeted me genuinely and listened to all of my concerns before explaining different options to me. He provided me with literature and financing options, not making me feel pressured to make any immediate decisions. Working in sales myself, I value working with people who are patient, informative and honest. After leaving Lexus of Orland, I did not care to look elsewhere. Two days later, I went back and Marek provided me with the same level of service that I had initially received. I absolutely love my ES 350! I love it more each day that I drive it actually! Before driving off of the lot, Marek sat with me and went over all of the buttons and their functions (even though it was after their scheduled closing time). He even called and emailed me to check in the next day. WOW! I have been completely impressed with Lexus of Orland and will surely be referring my friends and family. Thank you!! More
