One of my earliest memories is my dad putting me into the back seat of a pale yellow Volkswagen Beetle. No fancy car seat, just a booster and seat belt! From a very early age I always thought cars were cool! Dad worked in the car business all of my life as a rep for the manufacturers. Every few months he would come home in a new demo, toss me the keys and out to the car we went checking out the radio, how the dash was set up, the upholstery... everything!
