One of my earliest memories is my dad putting me into the back seat of a pale yellow Volkswagen Beetle. No fancy car seat, just a booster and seat belt! From a very early age I always thought cars were cool! Dad worked in the car business all of my life as a rep for the manufacturers. Every few months he would come home in a new demo, toss me the keys and out to the car we went checking out the radio, how the dash was set up, the upholstery... everything! It was a excellent experience. My salesman, Gino Marinelli, was very professional and really cared that I was satisfied with the RAV4 I purchased. Gino went above and beyond my expectations by returning my call about the vehicle while he was on vacation. He knew everything about the vehicle and spent alot of time explaining everything to me. Everyone I met in the showroom, Gino- Greg-Margie-Jay was very friendly and made me feel my satisfaction with my purchase was very important.
