Let me tell you why almost everyone hates dealing with sales people. We purchased a used vehicle last week at Concordville Nissan. After all of the paperwork has been signed, including the “we owe you nothing” form, we’re getting ready to leave and Jose hands us the keyfob and then proceeds to tell us it only has one. Who doesn’t want a spare key? The next day I went to my local Nissan dealership and paid $550 for a spare keyfob including programming. I then emailed Margo and told her “I will say this. We were very disappointed that the car only came with 1 keyfob and it costs us $550 on Saturday to get another one at our local dealer. It would have been nice if Concordville would have done that before the sale knowing most people want a spare key”. It’s now been 3 days and I have heard nothing from Concordville. Concordville Cares? Not convinced. More
