We were notified of recall. Called back and scheduled replacement. When we arrived at Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of West Palm Beach, we met with JJ our service advisor. After explanation, he directed us to the Enterprize car rental agency next door. Went home, came back in the morning and did it all in reverse. The most painless recal ever.
