Maria was great but we found out that there was no service or oil change done on my last visit. This was the whole reason we came in. So my rav 4 was past 10000 miles for oil change and rotation. Took way too long to do a simple few simple things like oil change and check fluids. I was not kept informed when my car was done. When I pointed this out, I was told they couldn't text me; and yet they oil change and check fluids. I was not kept informed when my car was done. Went in for regular maintenance, got there 5 mins early before my appt. and was greeted immediately as I drove up and checked me in. I waited a little bit before the service rep came out. After 30 mins, before my appt. and was greeted immediately as I drove up and checked me in. I waited a little bit before the service rep came out.
