Complete waste of time. I asked multiple simple questions through their online chat and by email with Marissa, basic things about trade values and details about the car. The I asked multiple simple questions through their online chat and by email with Marissa, basic things about trade values and details about the car. They kept insisting they have a “Professional Appraiser” on-site, as if I’m bringing in some rare classic car. It made no sense. I’m also still waiting on the gift card their internet team promised. Overall, a complete joke. More
