I actually had been at the dealership before, but was very happy when Maria approached me to offer her assistance..she was pleasant, I explained my needs and situation, and was extremely knowledgeable ab very happy when Maria approached me to offer her assistance..she was pleasant, I explained my needs and situation, and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle..and after I made the decision, she knew how anxious I was, she called me within a half hour to tell me I was approved by Ally...this was after closing on a Friday night...everything worked like clockwork...I have referred a good friend to Maria, because of her sincerity and she was a pleasure to work with!
