We had a wonderful experience with Maria. We had two requests for content and one we did not want. She worked to find us a vehicle that met our requirements. She also was able to obtain a better trade requests for content and one we did not want. She worked to find us a vehicle that met our requirements. She also was able to obtain a better trade-in value. My $ rating for price just means that it wasn't the best time to buy - not very good incentives. But we had no choice - we needed a new car.
