I don’t appreciate going in for a routine oil change to be schemed into replacing my windshield by a 3rd party company who is clearly in partnership to make a profit together. I also don’t appreciate being be schemed into replacing my windshield by a 3rd party company who is clearly in partnership to make a profit together. I also don’t appreciate being greeted by this individual upon driving my car into the services department rather than an actual employee who is employed for BMW of Sarasota. Then, later being approached by this individual while waiting inside for my oil change. This individual made false statements about my windshield having cracks (that later were inspected not to be found) and saying it would be covered by insurance in the state of Florida (along with many other false statements). The really disturbing part was this sales tactic being done on other customers who were just simply trying to come in for routine oil changes. I expect more from a dealership where I purchased a vehicle for thousands and thousands of dollars. Very unprofessional and unfortunate to do to customers. The only genuine person I felt I could trust was my advisor Maria who had no hidden agenda and was truly there to take care of my needs. It’s just a sad situation to think you can’t go in for an oil change a company promised you with the purchase of the car without being scammed, let alone preying on vulnerable people who are trusting the dealership to take good care of their vehicle. Very disappointing! More

Service was great and Maria did excellent with good communication. It takes too long to get an appointment with a car rental. Two or three weeks.
