I worked with Mariah, she was professional and provided great customer service. I was disappointed that again like many other times we have bought vehicles, I sat and waited for 45 minutes until I met wit great customer service. I was disappointed that again like many other times we have bought vehicles, I sat and waited for 45 minutes until I met with the "closer". My gosh, we are all adults, this game is ridiculous. As I waited, I noticed, I was the only customer in the place and all of the salespeople we are having their meeting out in the middle of the room. This tactic is not needed, I was paying cash and actually almost got up and left. I did not purchase the extended warranty on my used car but he sure tried to sell me on it. Although this was not a fully enjoyable experience, I would recommend seeking out Mariah. More
