I have already completed a paper survey and mailed it in. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable about the leasing process, kind and listened to me when I had a question. I am very happy with my S All the staff were professional, knowledgeable about the leasing process, kind and listened to me when I had a question. I am very happy with my Subaru. I am challenged sometimes in the reference / operators manual not easy to use because the picture is in black and white in the operators manual and the button is in color I am not sure if I am pushing the correct button. When I go to the car wash I need to turn off a certain button (collision button) so there is not a collision with another car during the washing process). I have not been able to find a reference to this process. Service has been excellent the staff need to be acknowledged. The staff I did not interact with were friendly . Thank you! Great family orientated dealership. Service was above and beyond. People were kind and attentive to me as the customer. Honestly the whole reason I purchased my car there when I was looking at few other places was the salesman Charlie. Charlie is just a good soul. He is fair, upfront, respectful and knowledgeable. I’m sending friends and family to Charlie when they buy. I want to give a huge shout out to him. Subaru got a customer for life instead of Toyota because of Charlie :) More

I met with Mariah Irish for the "Love Encore" visit where she was extremely helpful going over all the features of my new Forester. Mariah is very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand she was extremely helpful going over all the features of my new Forester.
