Bought a brand new car from here and it’s already in for service. This is a “known issue” and they have no timetable for a fix. They say optimistically it would be 2 weeks but they have seen them take much service. This is a “known issue” and they have no timetable for a fix. When I spoke to a manager and the service manager they were less than helpful or understanding considering I haven’t even had the car for 3 days. Why if this is a “known issue” would you sell the car to someone? And then make me pay for a loaner vehicle? Absolutely appalling the level of service you don’t get after your purchase. If it weren’t for Oscar I do not believe i would still not have answers and would not have my car. Oscar was phenomenal but it shouldn’t take a director getting involved to get any answers. More
