My experience overall was decent. James was pleasant. Their carfax trade in estimate (under USED CARS) was quite inaccurate though. It should be “calibrated” or removed. That ticked me off a bit. And they weren’t as flexible on pricing as they could/should be. These 2 things caused me to walk out. I came back the next day to go through with the purchase, as this vehicle had EVERYTHING I was looking for. No complaints about the rest of the experience. More
