Excellent straightforward interactions with sales staff. Not a lot of experience at this point. Our salesperson was Marilyn Babcock, who was very nice, not pushy, pretty well-informed, helpful, etc. Pape Not a lot of experience at this point. The car itself (a 2018 Crosstrek) seems to be excellent. This is a relatively new dealership. You need to continue being straight with your customers, i.e., continue what you appear to be doing now, no hype, good service, etc. John C. More
