Given the COVID situation, everyone at Elk Grove of Mazda were very helpful and welcoming! The second we arrived, staff were very quick to assist. I sent an email inquiring about a vehicle after business hours on Saturday evening, Marilyn Mamitag (Internet Sales Associate) responded the moment they opened the next day on Sunday at 10:00am. She was very quick to respond and answer all of my questions and even sent a nicely put together video of the car we were interested in. From the moment we arrived, the entire process took about 3 1/2 hours. Honestly, Marilyn had us sold the moment we sat in the car for a test drive where she explained every part of the vehicle before she let us take it for a spin. Just by engaging with the customer and not simply hovering or ignoring, made so much difference to the buying experience!! We can’t forget our Finance Guru DeAnnah. Such a contagious bubbly character. Might talk a little too fast but definitely makes the information worth paying attention to. Again, another engaging personality that makes the car buying experience less painful. Both encounters were so pleasant it makes us a bit sad that we didn’t get to meet the entire Elk Grove Mazda team! Between the test drive, walking the lot to view other cars, answering all of our questions, explaining our full financial options, and accommodating our challenging payment methods, this was by far the best dealership experience we’ve had in comparison to Infiniti, Lexus, or Toyota!
