My Switch from Benzel Busch Mercedes I had driven several CPO C300 4Matic Sedans from Benzel Busch in Englewood for the past 12 years and I started researching small SUV's and crossovers I had driven several CPO C300 4Matic Sedans from Benzel Busch in Englewood for the past 12 years and I started researching small SUV's and crossovers and looked at the GLA but it was just a bit too small for me. I had always been very satisfied with Benzel Busch and remembered that they had an Audi dealership so I called my sales rep on the MB side and she recommended I connect with Marilyn. I looked at the 2018 Audi Q3 and it won out over several other small SUV's I was looking into. The dealership is very friendly and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). I did have a little brand separation anxiety but decided to give the Audi a try. I've only had the car for a few days so not enough time for a full evaluation of the vehicle yet. But, I give Marilyn 5 stars for her patience and her responsiveness. I also received a follow up email from the manager which was great. Once I decided on the Q3 I did call several other dealers but Audi Meadowlands won out on customer service and quick and attentive response. More

Soecial Offer: Bait and switch con job I would never do business with a horrible dealership like Audi Meadolands. Total bait and switch. I loved how on Friday at 11:00 am their crack inter I would never do business with a horrible dealership like Audi Meadolands. Total bait and switch. I loved how on Friday at 11:00 am their crack internet sale rep sends me am email with the exact lease deal that I wanted and indicating that they had the car on the lot (even giving me the color) that matched the deal only for me to arrive at my stated appointment the very next morning to sign for that vehicle (less 24 hours later) to be given a line of crap by their saleswomen that somehow that vehicle was given to a 9/11 charity (nice touch there as I guess baby cancer would have seemed even more fake) and that the only vehicle available from their dealership would have to be a more expensive car with added $5,000 in lease payments. A total waste of my time in a crude insult to my intelligence. More

It took me a while to negotiate the deal I want but the sales management team was forefront and honest the whole time and not pushy at all, which I appreciated a ton after dealing with other dealerships. And then there is Christine, who is warm and made all the paperwork streamlined and easy for me, and most importantly, did not try to oversell me anything. Overall the shopping experience was great and will def come back for my next Audi, thank you to the entire team. More
