Took my car for service and they said it would be 2 to 3 hours it was there for 5 and they didn’t even finish everything. They called saying they forgot to take a picture of a part they installed and asked hours it was there for 5 and they didn’t even finish everything. So I took it the next morning and they never put any gas in it. Never really had a problem at this dealership and I have gotten a couple cars there in the past but this was disappointing More

My appointment was for 9:30am and I was on time I sat in the car almost 30 minutes and no one never came out my friend had to go in to see what’s going on a few minutes later they came out.
