Best dealership and salesperson ever! I have purchase 3 Subarus and leased another. My 1st. Subaru was from a dealership near my home. The salespeople were nice but the service was AWFU I have purchase 3 Subarus and leased another. My 1st. Subaru was from a dealership near my home. The salespeople were nice but the service was AWFUL! When I decided to trade in and upgrade, my Son recommended Autobarn. That's when I met Mario Nowik. In my 70yrs. Of car buying I have dealt with numerous dealerships and salespeople and I can easily say that none has been better than Autobarn and Mario. I never felt pressured, only informed. Spending that amount of money is never easy for me, but I always walk out feeling great about the purchase. I live only 5 miles from a Subaru dealership, and 25 miles from Autobarn but I continue to take my business to Autobarn even for oil changes and will continue to do so. ALL the people I have worked with are kind, courteous, and helpful. I actually feel like Mario Nowik is a friend as well as my salesperson. Upfront with the pricing and not pushy with trying to add on things that I was not interested in. Mario even noticed a small scratch/crack on the steering wheel that I missed and ordered a part to fix it before I could even make a note of it. What a pleasure to work with.
