The service was ok-they did what I brought the car in for. However, it took 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I also requested that they wash the car, but that didn't happen. Mario also didn't have any recommendations for service on the car, which I found to be a little surprising. I will say that since the renovations were finished, the waiting area for service was very nice and comfortable. The only reason I brought the car to this dealership is because I couldn't get an appointment at my usual dealership. More

I would give it 0 starts if possible. I had 2 recalls on my vehicle and the brakes were making noise. After over 5 hours my brand new car with white interior was returned to me with greas I had 2 recalls on my vehicle and the brakes were making noise. After over 5 hours my brand new car with white interior was returned to me with grease/dirt stains all over it. I called several times and could not get an answer until I finally selected the sales option. The gentleman I spoke with told me to bring the car back and they would detail it but I had other commitments to attend to. I asked that he take my information and pass along the situation to the service department. I also text Mario on the number provided and shared pictures and received no response. More
