The negotiation process was painful at best.

The manager stopped by for a super quick introduction, didn't even shake my hand. When the sales person went to talk to the manager, I know he wasn't the one who popped in the office. He was tossing a football in the show room and cutting up with the other sales associates. Mario in finance was superb! Took us almost 5 hours to finally make the purchase. Purchased a 2026 Rogue Platinum. The technology is great. However, after driving it a few weeks, I'm extremely disappointed in the comfort level of the front seats. I had a 2020 Rogue and loved it and that is why I purchased another Rogue. The new seat design is so incredible uncomfortable and somewhat painful plus it has less leg room. Knowing what I know now, I would not purchase this vehicle again. The 2020 design was so much better. To make matters worse, once we got home we realized the front wheel well on the passenger's side was damaged. Took it to Champion Nissan in New Braunfels who said the damage probably happened when the car was unloaded from the transportation vehicle. So, we had to take it back to City Limits Nissan in Austin for repair. The service department was great! The Service Advisor, Joseph, was great. The Service Manager Dennis was SUPER! He was so understanding and I felt confident in his willingness to help us out. He definitely went the extra mile. If I was just rating the service department it would be a solid 5.

This Dealership crushed my ability TO EVER put my Trust

No owners manual which she was constantly promised was on the way. GM"s or Assitant GM's would not get on the phone with her nor call her back. This entire situation has caused her extreme set back in her recovery from a TRAUMATIC BRAIN Injury.
If I could give them a negative rating rest assured they would recieve a negative.
