We purchased a BMW iX50 from Automotive Avenues. We are out of state and they helped us with the delivery. Unfortunately, on arrival we realised the specification was not as we had anticipated. We agreed to send it back and exchange for another BMW iX50 with the spec we wanted. Automotive Avenues were under no obligation to do so, but they were reasonable and flexible in helping us find the car we actually wanted. Very helpful, extremely honest and professional. My only regret is that they did not have a BMW i4 M50 or we would have bought our 2nd car via them, also. More
