Starting with sales consultant Mark Andrijowych and his manager (Dominic), I received excellent answers to questions and other guidance to narrow down my choice of a specific configuration of the 2018 model of the Sportage. Because Crown Kia in Dublin did not have this specific vehicle choice within their own inventory, Mark and Dominic bent over backwards to quickly locate and obtain that specific vehicle from another Ohio Kia Dealer--so I wouldn't have to wait for that vehicle to be ordered. Once the desired vehicle was delivered to Crown Kia and checked out by me, the rest of the process (actual purchase of the new car, trade-in of old car, installation of several dealer installed options, etc. went very quickly with help from a friendly, integrated, people oriented, efficient TEAM comprising Mark Andrijowich (Sales), Jarrod Auten (Used Car), and Ron Pastorius (Finance). Mark did a super job of explaining and answering questions about the new car's features before I drove off as a very happy camper. Having previously bought a 2018 Optima from Crown Kia of Dublin, I drove off confident that Alex Greenland (the Service Manager) would also take excellent care of my latest new Kia. More
