Excellent purchase experience I had my eyes firmly on 2018 Kia Rio S. Went right away after getting my license at 2pm on a weekday in March 2018. And the car was in my hands just i I had my eyes firmly on 2018 Kia Rio S. Went right away after getting my license at 2pm on a weekday in March 2018. And the car was in my hands just in about 2 hours. My sales agent Mark Andrijowych was extremely helpful. He answered tonnes of my questions giving proper time. We did all paperwork & delivery the same day. I had came with my rental car. Mark & Crown Kia was kind enough to arrange a pick up back to the dealership after dropping my rental car around 4 miles from Crown Kia. Really appreciate his gesture. Overall a great purchase experience without being rushed into the things ! More
