Mark is extremely knowledgeable This is the fourth KIA we have purchased from Crown KIA of Dublin and the third that Mark Andrijowch has assisted on. Mark is extremely knowledgeable with all of the KiA styles and explains all the features which helps in making our decisions. Mark along with Dominic, sales manager, always provide us with the best options that fit into our price range. Next year we will be back to look for another KIA from my wife and will work with Mark and Dominic again. More

New Purchase We drove out of state and a six hour round trip to purchase from Crown. The decision to choose Crown Kia was made during our initial phone call. Mark Andrijowych listened to our request to source two Kia Tellurides. His professionalism and kindness initiated our trip to Dublin. We met in person and he gave us a complete model overview of the Telluride. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The transaction was pleasant, informative, and relationship building. An order was placed for the first Telluride and it arrived quickly. Mark was as excited to tell us when it would arrive as we were to hear the news. They show so much respect to the buyer. When your vehicle arrives, it is locked and no one is allowed to open the door. They do not sell off your special order. That was impressive. Everyone we had contact with at the dealership sales, management, leasing created a positive experience. We arrived took possession of our Telluride and placed a deposit to order the 2nd vehicle. Mark took us on a test drive tutorial. Phone calls and emails followed up post sale. Exceptional service from exceptional people. The depth of product knowledge was superior to other dealers. It was well worth the drive. More
