We hate dealing with car dealerships because every car salesman we come across is incredibly pushy and we always leave aggravated and defeated. This was definitely not the case. We told Mark what we wanted and he helped us achieve that goal without the sneaky car salesman tricks you see everywhere else. We bought this car with our 10 month old son in tow which as most of you know could have been a disaster when dealing with any other car dealership but we were in and out in no time! The best part about it was my husband noticed an issue with the wheels once we got home and being from the Dayton area, he called the Dayton Kia dealership to try to get it resolved with no success. One call to Mark and he had it taken care of! We couldn’t be more pleased with our van and the salesman that sold it to us! Thanks for everything! More

I really enjoyed checking out cars with him because he didn't use any underhanded sales tactics that many other dealers did to try to pursuade me, a poor college student, to make a poor decision on a car purchase just to ensure the sale. He knew what I wanted and what I could actually afford including repair and insurance expenses and what kind of car would best suit my lifestyle and encouraged me to find that kind of car. He was very practical, down to earth, transparent and patient with all of my questions about the cars and didn't treat me like I was disposable or roll his eyes at me (other sales guys at other dealerships actually did this) when I came in many months ago with bad credit and a low down payment when I had first sarted my search, which is why I made a note of it to come back to him once I actually had my finances together to make the purchase. It was a great experience with Mark at Crown Kia. The other guys at the dealership, Jarrod and Peyton were also just as helpful when Mark couldn't be there. They all seemed to get along too and nobody looked at me like walking cash when I came through the door. I felt like a valuable customer. More
