Thank you for your patience. Buick Maps+, is a relatively new in-vehicle, app-based navigation solution, upgrading capabilities for select model year 2018 and newer vehicles. Maps+, which is powered by Mapbox, began its rollout to approximately 900,000 vehicles on April 30, 2021 as part of select Connected Services plans. As with anything new, different and exciting there is a learning curve for both the provider and the user. We appreciate you working with us to sort it all out.
