Prior to New York, Mark was an auto technician in Ohio for 7 years. He is married with 3 children & 6 grandchildren. Purchase of 2011 Ford f350 Super Duty diesel. We emailed about truck we found online. Mark got back to us very quickly. He spoke with my husband and we took a trip to see the truck. Truck was ready to be picked up Monday @ 1pm. Mark was waiting for us and after bringing us up to date on what had been done to the truck as far as maintenance that had been done. We had a smooth transfer of vehicles. 2004 Ford Excursion in trade. Went over extended warranty which we bought. Everything went smoothly, Mark couldn't have been any nicer. Had our picture taken with our travel partners Pete and Molly. Hoping we got as dependable vehicle as we traded. All over good experience. Greg and Jen Folk More

Great guy to deal with, very knowledgeable, not pushy. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. Mark was not pushy at all. Every question i had, he had an answer for.
