Bad Start I had an unacceptable experience at the dealer. I had an appointment to view an automobile after I got off work. I showed up at the dealer and the ca I had an unacceptable experience at the dealer. I had an appointment to view an automobile after I got off work. I showed up at the dealer and the car had a sold label on it. I thought when they did this they would hold the automobile for me to see. NOT the case, I wasted my time. I'm only one customer. NO I was a potential customer that will never return. The sales theory is people are more inclined to spread bad reviews than good. I'm spreading the bad review I had. Pleased with First SUV I stopped by Forrester to inquire about a SUV. Mark, the salesman, was friendly and helpful as we discussed the features of the MKC.
