My husband and I recently bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at ODaniels motor sales. We were extremely satisfied with how easy and smoothly the process was, even amidst the pandemic. Mark Butler, our Cherokee at ODaniels motor sales. We were extremely satisfied with how easy and smoothly the process was, even amidst the pandemic. Mark Butler, our salesman, was outstanding in many ways. Any option match we wanted, any comparison we thought of and every question we had, he had an answer. When we were unsure of our purchase decision about halfway through the day, I suggested my husband and I go to lunch to talk alone and weigh options, after driving several vehicles (at other dealers) that day. Mark allowed us to take the Jeep to lunch with no pressure or guilt, which was so nice. It was then we decided to go ahead with the deal. Thanks ODaniel for a pleasant experience. We will most definitely be back in a few years when we are ready to upgrade again! More
