Sales experience great, financing experience a nightmare. Mark was great to work with. Unfortunately my financing experience was far from satisfactory. The interest rate I ended up with was much higher than expected. I had two follow ups with the finance person as some paperwork was not given me to sign on the day I purchased my vehicle. I discovered the vehicle was leaking oil and took it to a Honda dealer (the vehicle was still under warranty) and it was discovered that the lug nut on the oil pan was not properly tightened from the oil change done at O'Daniel. More
