There was no pressure to make a purchase and he was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience dealing with Mark. Everyone we were in contact with, whether it was someone working directly with us or just passing by,greeted us with a smile and said, "Hello". Even though we were there about an hour past closing on a Saturday to complete our purchase, people were happy to stay and finish this transaction and we drove the truck home that day. Then, he gave me his cell number in case I had any more questions. We returned the next day and another salesman assisted us with a second test drive but was not trying to make the sale though it was Shawn's day off.
