Deceptive Practices and Horrible Customer Service at Champion Porsche, Pompano Beach" As a loyal Porsche owner (proud owner of a 2023 911 Turbo S), I expected a high standard of professionalism when Champion Porsche, Pompano Beach" As a loyal Porsche owner (proud owner of a 2023 911 Turbo S), I expected a high standard of professionalism when purchasing a 2025 Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 for my daughter. Unfortunately, my experience at Champion Porsche was appalling. I submitted an offer online through their system, which confirmed my trade-in value, calculated payments, and accepted my offer for $118,000. I scheduled an appointment to finalize the deal, only to be met with confusion and outright rudeness at the dealership. Salesman Alejandro Negreira dismissed my concerns, refused to honor the online offer, and even asked me to leave the showroom. He was rude, unprofessional, and acted as if the online process didn’t exist. After being passed between departments and managers, it became clear that the dealership never intended to honor the online agreement. Instead, I was told they would only sell the car at MSRP + additional fees. Despite their deceptive practices and humiliating treatment, I ultimately purchased the car in cash to fulfill my promise to my daughter. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. Champion Porsche’s practices are misleading and unethical, collecting personal information online and luring customers into the dealership under false pretenses. As a loyal Porsche customer, I expected far better treatment and integrity from this dealership. I caution anyone considering doing business with Champion Porsche to think twice, as they prioritize profits over honesty and customer satisfaction. More
