Today my daughter bought an 2021 RDX. I understand that they were not offering any deals due to the low inventory, but I was not happy with the financing. This dealership is not participating in any manuf they were not offering any deals due to the low inventory, but I was not happy with the financing. This dealership is not participating in any manufacture finance programs. When we did not like the finance terms, I wanted to pay cash for the car. I was told by Moe Mednini (General Sales Manager) that they would not accept all cash and that I had to finance the car. The dealership would not accept any outside financing. He told us the reasoning was that he makes a profit off of the financing. Moe also misrepresented the terms and conditions of the loan for dealership profit. He told me I could not payoff the loan until 3 months. This is not true as the contract indicates that the loan can be payed off at anytime without a penalty. I know the customer must keep the loan for 3 months for the dealership to make their profit. Moe must have forgotten to tell me this. This is the first time I have ever been denied for paying cash for a purchase. More

The first place we looked was Piazza Acura West Chester. When we asked Mark Deaver if they had one he said, "Wait right here. I'll be right back!" They had the exact car on the lot. We looked in a couple of other dealers and the TLX at Piazza was $1,000 cheaper than the others and it had fewer miles. Mark was very friendly, not at all pushy, and he made the buying process easy. The next business day we drove away with our new Acura. We love the car. More
