Very informative about my vehicle and thorough with the overview of repairs as he took the time to go over them with me and even put the car back on the lift for me to look at concerning items. Great service. Brought my car in and was offered a loaner because it was going to take a few hours. Other dealerships have told me “oh a few hours” and I’ve gotten picked up to come back later only to find m because it was going to take a few hours. The dealership was clean sanitized and organized with excellent Covid precautions. Marc was kind thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me how to use my door key in an emergency to get in and excellent Covid precautions. Marc was kind thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me how to use my door key in an emergency to get in and start the car. He truly went above and beyond it felt like it was my uncle taking care of his neice. The dealer I purchased from didn’t take the time to teach me these important things. I was stranded outside of my car after shopping cause the key died. Thanks to Marc it will never happen again.
