Mark Dexter is a lifelong resident of the Northeast corner of Connecticut. He started in the automobile business in 1984 as a sales representative. Through the years Mark has worked as a sales manager, finance manager, general sales manager and general manager earning the highest manufacturers certification levels. My husband and I have owned jeeps for many years and appreciate the low pressure,knowledgable, professional staff. Our prior purchase at this dealership was a possitive experience from the sales staff t appreciate the low pressure,knowledgable, professional staff. Our prior purchase at this dealership was a possitive experience from the sales staff to Jen heading up our service and the folks in the Body Shop! When we decided to trade in for a new model we made one stop to Putnam Jeep in CT late on a Saturday afternoon and drove away Tuesday with our new jeep! Thanks a million to our salesman Mark Pillsbury for a stress free transaction. I'll be back to see Jen in 3,000 miles for my oil change, service at its best! More

I shopped around for the best price and they were it! Everyone was very nice, helpful, and patiently walked me through the entire buying process. Jim Rivera is a great salesman. He has full knowledge of the product that he is selling and the patients answer all my questions. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Jim in the last 6 months the product that he is selling and the patients answer all my questions. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Jim in the last 6 months and in the future I would be happy to purchase another one when the time comes. I have had 2 oil changes on my Sorento so far and a new windshield put in due to a stone cracking it. No matter what the reason that I have gone to the dealership, I walk away comfortable in the knowledge that I have been treated fairly and with respect. More

The dealership is nothing if not thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful and seem to take pride in the business and their work. Price negotiation including the trade-in value of my old Jeep was as expe friendly and helpful and seem to take pride in the business and their work. Price negotiation including the trade-in value of my old Jeep was as expected, and overall I think it was a good deal. However there are too many calls and surveys before,during and after the experience. Calls came for surveys before any discussions even began and before I'd even driven off the lot with my new car. More

We had a wonderful experience with Putnam Kia. They treated us more like friends than customers. There is not one thing I would have changed. So much better than Michaels Kia in Groton! I came in looking for a newer car then what I was driving. Jimmy was very helpful and showed me a few choices and helped me through the whole process. It may seem like I have given an extremely high rating, but rest assured, it is completely deserved.
