I dropped my car off 2 Fridays ago because my stabilitrak and traction control light was on. I was told by Mark it was $325 to fix the problem. I agreed and they did the repair and I picked up my car Friday and traction control light was on. I was told by Mark it was $325 to fix the problem. I agreed and they did the repair and I picked up my car Friday evening. On Saturday morning when I drove my car the lights were back on and the problem was not solved. I immediately called the service department and was told to bring it back. I told them I could bring it back Monday if a loaner vehicle was available. They told me they couldn't give me one and I told them without a loaner I couldn't bring it back that week then. I was able to bring it back this Monday at 8am. I was called Monday evening by Mark and told they needed more time to figure out the problem and that they would need to keep it tuesday as well. Tuesday afternoon comes and Mark says he figured out the problem but the part to fix my car has been discontinued and that I could come pick my car up. I was told I could try to find the part elsewhere on my own and buy it on my own and that if i brought it back to them a third that they would install it for $350 well I cannot find the part ANYWHERE and no one is trying to help me and my vehicle still isn't fixed. I am so upset and don't know what to do. I was not offered an apology, I was not offered a refund for the previous work I paid for that did not fix my problem, I was not offered a discount on the future work that would need to be done should I find the part. I was not given any insight on why the part is discontinued. I came to you guys because y'all are the preferred service department for Chevy. This has been such an INCONVENIENCE. Not only am I paying for parts and labor for something that didn't fix my problem, I will now have to pay for more parts and more labor that may or may not fix my problem on top of Ubers to get around while my car is with you guys. I AM SO UPSET! More
