Issue was not corrected. Tech and SW lied and said it was. Double-checked before I left and confirmed. They then stated additional parts needed for a dealer supplied install. It was to worst car buying experience that I have had in the past fifteen years or so because of the lack of preparation on their part. I had informed the dealership that I was going to buy a specific vehicle they had advertised, but they did nothing to prepare the vehicle prior to my arriving at the facility. Ron Carter is usually a good dealership. I have bought a vehicle there before. This experience was not what I was expecting, but it was probably exacerbated by the insufficient staffing on that particular day. More
