Dropped by without an appointment and was immediately helped even though they were quite busy. Waiting was less than 1/2 for them to diagnose and determine part that needed to be ordered. My service experience on the vehicle was perfect. They even cleaned my inside winter mats which were a mess from this winter's snow and salt. They didn't seem organized before the visit and at the They even cleaned my inside winter mats which were a mess from this winter's snow and salt. They didn't seem organized before the visit and at the last minute the day before told me I didn't have the right insurance to have a loaner vehicle and I would need to bring it in and wait, which made no sense since I had been driving loaners on luxury vehicles for 40 years with my insurance coverage. Turns out they were asking for the wrong coverage and once I provided a copy of coverage explanation the concierge service was reinstated, but still it created consternation that didn't need to happen. I didn't mark the service experience down as a result but if a dealer is going to change insurance policies for loaners the advisors better know what the heck they are talking about when calling to verify coverage. More

Very flexible with the different models I considered, making each car available at a location that was convenient for me to do the test drive.
