Very displeased overall. During my last visit, the oil filter wasn't installed correctly and blew oil all over my driveway. This time, they informed me that my front tires were worn out. Only 21000 miles. This tells me the tires were not rotated each time they serviced it. The delivery driver changed the car's settings and did not revert to my original settings. I'm will not be using your maintenance services in the future, unless absolutely necessary. Great car, poor service. I notified the dealer in advance that I had a doctor's appointment and couldn't be home for the exchange. They said they would tell the driver. They did not, disturbed my dogs, and called while I was in the doctor's office. Poor communication More
