I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime, new and used and this is hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, from the initial phone call with Serena to setup my appointment to the v and this is hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, from the initial phone call with Serena to setup my appointment to the very last signature. Everyone was very professional, pleasant, friendly, open, honest and transparent about their processes over the phone, through text and in person. No one was aggressive and trying to get me to purchase something I didn’t want to. They did everything they could to get me into a payment that I felt comfortable paying and it was a success. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle to ask for Erica to be their sales rep and I will guarantee that you have just as pleasurable & fun experience that I had. Gretchen is the General Sales Manager and she did an amazing job working the numbers to be where I wanted them to be for this purchase. Mark is the Business Manager and closed out the process doing the financial paperwork and he also did a great job explaining all standard and extended warranty’s as well. This sale took place at the end of a Monday night and I was the last one in there and even though the vehicle was brand new the service department went through the entire vehicle inside and out, top to bottom and did one last detail & went and filled my tank. When everything was signed Erica still went out to the vehicle and went through the entire thing to make sure I was comfortable operating it and understood everything about it. Erica even called me on Tuesday morning just after they opened to see how my drive home went and to see if I had any questions about the vehicle, warranty’s or insurance. I can’t say enough about the service I was given and this will be the only place I shop or recommend to someone if they are looking for a new, certified pre-owned or used vehicle!
