Lacking in customer service 1. Originally I was told there was some "wiggle room" in pricing of the vehicle I purchased. But when it came down to it, my sales person didnt even t 1. Originally I was told there was some "wiggle room" in pricing of the vehicle I purchased. But when it came down to it, my sales person didnt even try to get that price down for me. 2. George White did put in a remote start for me, which was nice and appreciated. 3. I hadn't even had the car for 24 hours and found a giant screw in the front passenger tire. George White fixed it for free. I appreciated that very much. 4. I realized after 2 days of owning the vehicle that it didnt come with floor mats. I find it hard to believe that a car that's barely a year old doesnt have floor mats, or that they were missing when the vehicle was traded in. When I called and spoke to my dealer, he didnt even bother to look or ask the detailing dept if they maybe misplaced the mats. I had to actually ask him to check, which is just not very good customer service. He told me he would give me a call back after he looked into it. When I asked him if he still had my number he said, "I'm sure I do" instead of just taking my number down to be sure. I placed that call at 10am on Thursday March 28th. I never got a call back that day. George White is filled with friendly faces, but the customer service is seriously lacking. Again, I appreciate the remote start and fixing my tire for free, which is why I gave it a 3 star rating. Otherwise it would have been lower. More
