Our new vehicle display warned us about sensing low tire pressure and being it calls for Nitrogen instead of air I called Ma Kudos to Mark Eustice! Our new vehicle display warned us about sensing low tire pressure and being it calls for Nitrogen instead of air I called Mark and he quickly extended himself by asking us to bring car in to confirm sensor was correct. We showed up and he quickly took a look at the tires and confirmed one in particular was lower than the rest. He had us wait nearby inside and made sure we were comfortable and offered us a hot drink. Our car was checked out and tires inflated to proper factory spec and before we had finished our drinks Mark was back with car keys on hand and problem solved! We feel truly lucky to have bought our new car at Freehold BMW through Mark because this is a dealership which does not forget about your needs once the vehicle leaves the premises. Mark is always attentive and courteous on the phone and in person and shows a sincere and inherent desire to please and fulfill his costumers needs which makes him a great asset as an employee and ambassador of the BMW brand! I would like to praise Mark for his innate gift to approach one as if you were admiring a car in his driveway and not at a dealership. There was absolutely NO pressure nor any of the typical gimmicks approach one as if you were admiring a car in his driveway and not at a dealership. There was absolutely NO pressure nor any of the typical gimmicks sales people are so well known for, like wanting to test ride with you or holding on to your license making one a hostage of sorts and making one feel like you must leave with a car! He's totally the opposite. He'll show you the stock hand you the keys you drive it and don't like it well here's another set of keys... I found our interaction very easy and non-binding or made feel we were wasting his time. He was there for us until the end at every step. He went out of his way to bring the bulk of paperwork in need of signatures to facilitate picking up the car. He did not dragged us to "introduce us to his Mgr" or brought over any one of the senior staff which I find awkward and childish of sales people at nearby dealerships. I found the experience so pleasant I took the time out of my own volition to approach his Mgr and told him Mark was above average in our opinion given how he had dealt with us and this opinion/view was after we had visited all the nearby dealerships in the area which there's plenty and that say's a lot about Mark. I sincerely think BMW is the better for having Mark in their employ he is a true asset to any dealership he walks in and we are glad to have met him as well! Val More
